"BBQ Guard will give you the best results if installed as detailed below"

• Always follow the barbecue manufacturer's safety instructions.
• Always start the installation from the botttom up.
• Make sure all magnets are properly secured to the tank and on a solid clean surface, free from: rust , paper, plastic, dust, durt and grease.
• Install the BBQ Guard at lease one hour before burning propane for the first time, including after refills.
• The only reason to remove the BBQ Guard is to refill.  (When unit is blinking, some customers are putting the BBQ Guard on their fridge door as a reminder)
• Install the BBQ Guard in a way to avoid direct sunlight.
• For the best results let your BBQ pre heat on high for approximately 10 minutes.
• BBQ Guard will check your level every two (2) minutes.
